Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing, preferably in the restaurant industry or a Japanese company.
• Strong understanding of brand building and storytelling.
• Proficient in social media management (including algorithms, content trends, and analytics tools).
• Strong sense of Japanese-inspired design aesthetics.
• Creative and capable of generating fresh, relevant, and engaging ideas.
• Experienced in planning, executing, and reporting on marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• Proactive, easygoing, innovative, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing overall marketing strategies to support company goals.
• Collaborate with the team to create creative campaigns for online and offline platforms.
• Strengthen Sushiro's brand identity in Indonesia, emphasizing Japanese promises and values.
• Develop marketing materials/ collaterals aligned with Sushiro’s brand image.
• Oversee and execute marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation.
• Strategize promotional activities for the restaurant, including special events or new menu launches.
• Analyze marketing data and provide reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with third parties (creative agencies, designers, etc.) when needed.
